## About
Connect QuickBooks to Kalumma to keep customers, invoices, and payment status aligned across both systems. Financial records stay consistent, so your team works from current billing information without switching tools or re-entering data. Choose which records to sync and let updates flow automatically. Setup is guided, so most teams can connect and configure without engineering help.

## Features
- **Customer & invoice sync** — Keep customers, invoices, and payment status aligned between systems.
- **Field mapping** — Map financial fields to your Kalumma records so data stays consistent.
- **Status visibility** — Surface payment and invoice status in Kalumma so your team sees current billing.

## How it Works
Once connected, Kalumma and QuickBooks keep shared financial records in step. Customers, invoices, and payment status flow between the systems based on your sync preferences, so a change in billing is reflected where your team works. You choose which record types participate and in which direction. Teams that want more control can use the connection to trigger follow-up on overdue invoices or reflect account status in Kalumma. Configuration is handled through a guided setup with documentation, so you can connect records, map fields, and set preferences without writing code.

## Reviews
- 1/5 — "There is no honest positive answer available. I've tried to find one and I can't." — Rosalie Achampong, July 2026
- 2/5 — "The product design is genuinely good and the engineering is competent. My problems are entirely with the company around it." — Augustin Rasmussen, July 2026
- 3/5 — "The scheduling module is genuinely excellent and I'd happily pay for it standalone. It's the rest of the product I have complaints about." — Oksana Melnyk, July 2026
- 4/5 — "Role-based dashboards mean everyone sees a surface tuned to their job. Our directors get a rollup, team leads get their pipeline, and individual contributors get a task list without any of the noise above them. Configuring this took a day and it's the main reason adoption held past the first month." — Petra Blomqvist, July 2026
- 4/5 — "Duplicate detection actually works. It catches near-matches — transposed characters, different casing, abbreviated company names — and asks rather than silently merging. Our previous system either missed everything or merged things it shouldn't have, and cleaning that up was a recurring quarterly..." — Emeka Nwachukwu, July 2026
