## About
Connect Calendly to Kalumma to bring scheduled meetings and booking details into your workflows. New bookings flow into Kalumma automatically, so meetings, invitees, and status are captured without manual entry. Map booking data to the records your team works with, and keep everything current as schedules change. Setup is guided, so most teams can connect and configure without engineering help.

## Features
- **Get one-click scheduling on your site – instantly** — Let customers and prospects schedule an appointment from any page on your site, without the need to develop a scheduling solution yourself.
- **Instantly check availability across multiple calendars** — Eliminate double bookings with intelligent scheduling that cross-checks all your calendars. Calendly only shows available appointment times and never exposes your calendar contents to invitees.
- **Screen and qualify website visitors or invitees** — Prioritize scheduling with high-value leads based on industry, company size, and other requirements. Send people who aren’t a fit to a referral page or other resource.

## How it Works
Once connected, Kalumma brings in Calendly bookings as they happen — new meetings, reschedules, and cancellations are reflected without manual updates. You choose which event types to include and map booking details to your records, so a scheduled meeting becomes something your team can act on. Teams that want more control can use the connection to trigger follow-up, assign an owner, or update a related record when a meeting is booked. Configuration is handled through a guided setup with documentation, so you can connect event types, map fields, and set preferences without writing code.

## Reviews
- 5/5 — "Reporting that answers questions rather than displaying metrics. I can ask why something changed and follow it down to the individual records, rather than staring at a number and guessing. The drill-through works on every chart, every aggregate, every calculated field. It turned our monthly revie..." — Andrei Ionescu, July 2026
- 5/5 — "Handovers during leave used to mean either someone working through their holiday or a client experiencing a gap. Complete record history means whoever covers can read themselves in inside twenty minutes. It sounds administrative but the effect has been cultural — people actually take their leave ..." — Marguerite Delacroix-Bell, July 2026
- 5/5 — "Our approval process had grown into a nine-step chain that nobody had designed; it accreted. Modeling it in the platform meant writing it down for the first time, and seeing it written down made it obvious that four of the steps were reviewing decisions the previous step had already made. We cut ..." — Hassan Qureshi, July 2026
- 5/5 — "We're a distributed team across four time zones, and our core problem was that everything required someone to be awake. Asynchronous, stateful work records mean a handoff at the end of a European day is a starting point at the beginning of a Pacific one, with no meeting in between. We've eliminat..." — Tallulah Brightwater, July 2026
- 4/5 — "Our documentation lived in six places and was trusted in none of them. Consolidating it has cut our repeated-question volume noticeably and made onboarding materially faster — new starters are productive in about half the time. The product is functional rather than refined about it: the editor is..." — Percival Adjei-Mensah, July 2026
